How did you get inspired to start doing what you do as an influencer in your industry?:
I have to give all credit to my best friend and partner in crime, Erika Rothenberger. She introduced me to my virtual health and wellness company which happens to be in the network marketing industry.
She has lead me with intense value and genuine leadership.
We started our biz 15 months ago and haven’t looked back. Our team is growing at a rapid pace and we have been recognized one of the top teams in action. I have a strong passion for helping others become there very best from a health and financial standpoint
We often have a book, podcast, video, or event that stands out to us and is instrumental in shifting our perspective in business. Do you have one that has been a significant impact for you moving forward? If so, can you share?
I love the Go Pro: 7 Steps to Becoming a Network Marketing Professional by Eric Worre . Short sweet and to the point. I also love The Compound effect by Darren Hardy - both have been instrumental in my business.
What are some of your biggest lessons learned over the years and what are you applying to your business today that is working for you?
This is a good one. To be genuine in how you are reaching out to others.
Share value, love and energy with other like minded individuals vs. excuse my vocabulary “diarrhea of the mouth” .
Get to know people and thrive off of each others passion for life & listen! There is so much to learn from others that can ultimately benefit your business as well as others. Daily gratitude. I write in a journal daily all of the things I am so blessed and grateful for. It has 100% shifted my mindset. And share your gratitude with at least 2 people a day. Consistency and staying focused. There are an overwhelming amount of distractions in the world.
What has been your biggest challenge and how have you worked to overcome it?
This comes back to distractions. I focus on my daily method of operations first before diving into other tasks.
If I do not follow this system my business starts to sag.
Organization is really the key to success. How many leaders do you know that do not have systems & daily routines in place ? None!! It’s critical to the function of your business and how successful you will be
What’s the best advice you ever received?
Don’t be weird! Just be you.
What’s your best advice for handling criticism?
If criticism is coming from someone you love or admire - listen to it! They might just be right and there is always room for improvement. If it’s from a stranger who does not know you and most likely will not influence your overall growth - please ignore
What do you believe your true purpose is? What value and impact do you hope serve and give to others?
My true purpose and calling is to help as many people as I can with there health & financial hardships.
I have always had a desire to help others feel there best whether they are critically ill or at there start of an illness. Prevention is key!
That is why I am so passionate about my business. I am helping people implement better practices and increase their health before they ever get sick or have other health ailments that are depleting there happiness. I love helping people regain there confidence & love for themselves! I truly enjoy helping and watching those that have linked arms with me shift from financial hardship to financial freedom ️ Seriously can’t get any better then that?

1 hr of exercise
Daily Mode of operation - reach out/follow up

How do you find time to follow your entrepreneurial journey while juggling other life responsibilities?
You find time when you want something bad enough!
Pure & simple. I work my biz in during my hour long commute to and from the hospital. I wake up an hour early, every day. I schedule my week in advance, every Sunday. My organizer is my best friend.
What tools do you find indispensable in your day-to-day business?
Social Media is such a gateway for influencer’s today. What platforms work best for you and why do you choose to use them the most?
Facebook & Instagram are my favorite. LinkedIn is another great resource but I often find people on LinkedIn and connect via other social media platforms.
What are you tips for maintaining a present influence on these platforms and how do you encouraging continued engagement with your following?
Daily activity that is not necessarily related to your business. Posting value. Things people could benefit from or gain knowledge.
What can people expect to see when following you?
A LOT OF FUN!! Life gets messy no doubt but I have a ton of fun with the mess! Otherwise, it’s not worth living. I stay positive and try to myself and who I am. I am genuine and kind.

I go back to being genuine, and selfless. I try my best to have others intentions before mine. What goes around comes around. I am a firm believer in that!
What’s next for you?
The sky’s the limit!!!! I plan on continuing to grow my team and work on my business. Within a year, shift to per diem physician assistant and have the time freedom I have so been looking forward to. Work on my terms and no someone else’s. Spend priceless quality time with my boys and hubbie! Life is too short.
Travel, missionary trips, you name it, all while working my biz from the road.
Lastly, what legacy do you hope to leave behind and imprint do you hope to make on others?
A legacy for a debt-free life for my children. The ability to go to college debt-free. To leave a legacy of helping others.. be kind and just be yourself
